Australia’s Golden Voice of Country Music, Jean Stafford supported by the Jean’s Boys & Cool Train are returning to Tamworth for one memorable concert performing many of Jean’s hits over the past 5 decades.

Jean Stafford’s career heralds three Golden Guitars, two prestigious MO Awards, Crowned Australian Queen of Country Music plus Double Platinum and 2 Gold Albums for ‘Finest Collection’ and ‘That Say's It All’

In the late 80’s and early 90s, her national television appearances on the Ray Martin Show and the Midday Show, delighted her fans and it wasn’t long before Jean became a household name in mainstream Australia and immortalised in the Australian Gallery of Stars Wax Museum. In 2008, she was awarded the highest accolade in country music, Inductee & 37th Recipient ACMF Australian Country Music Foundation Roll of Renown.

In 1997 Jean was honoured to record a duet with her childhood idol the USA Queen of Country Music Miss Kitty Wells ‘It Wasn’t God Who Made Honky Tonk Angels’ recorded in Nashville with The Jordanaires, the legendary Elvis Presley vocal quartet.

Over the past decade, Jean has ventured into the American and European markets as an independent artist, creating further inroads and recognition as an Australian artist. With a plethora of winning songs over the years and with her last album “Let the Dance Begin” achieving 2 x number 1 hits in 9 different countries, Jean continues to wave a patriotic banner for her home country.

Don’t miss this long-awaited performance before Jean heads off to record her next album in Nashville to be released early 2019.
