Welcome to Tamworth Folks! The Festival's most popular Bush Poets Marco Gliori and Muz Hartin are joined by the crazy Alan Glover as they dig beneath the bulldust, put aside the egos and have a good old Aussie laugh at the festival, the town, the camping, and those Golden Guitar gaffs, while revealing the hilarious underbelly of the Tamworth Country Music Festival and the characters that bring her to life!
Two Poets and a comedian walk into a Gold Club! These blokes have played to cult audiences at the Golf Club for over a decade now and their shows are always fresh, informal and often spontaneous.
Marco and Muz (formerly of The Naked Poets) have won a host of Awards for their Poetry and humour. Muz wrote the classics Turbulence and Rain from Nowhere, receiving Nation Wide Radio Airplay, whilst Marco was once voted our ‘Modern Banjo’ by Women’s Weekly magazine. Alan Glover is a wild man, very funny, and presently tours the world as resident comedian on a swag of cruise ships.
This show is unique, original and very different from other shows you will see in Tamworth. Why? Because they take nothing seriously, and their fans luv ‘em for it!
